VidBids, including our websites, marketplace, dashboards, creator directory, job pages, messaging tools, invite workflows, contract and deliverable tools, review systems, admin tools, and related services, is a marketplace where brands and creators can discover each other, post offers, bid on work, negotiate terms, manage deliverables, and record results.
This Privacy Policy explains how VidBids collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual or household. We refer to that information as "Personal Data." It applies to visitors, prospective customers, brands, creators, admins, and anyone else who uses or interacts with VidBids.
You are not required by law to provide Personal Data to us. However, some information is necessary to operate the marketplace. If you do not provide required information, we may not be able to create accounts, post jobs, send bids, process messages, send invites, manage contracts, handle disputes, or provide other parts of the Services.
This Policy is not a contract and does not replace our Terms of Service or any written agreement we may enter into with you.
1. Updates and Amendments
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version will be posted on this page, and the "Last Modified" date will identify the latest update. If we make material changes, we will provide notice when required by applicable law. Unless a different effective date is stated, changes are effective when posted.

3. Types of Data Sets Processed
We process Personal Data and non-personal or aggregated data. Non-personal data may include aggregated statistics, de-identified analytics, and technical information that does not identify a specific person. If we combine non-personal data with Personal Data, we treat the combined data as Personal Data for as long as it remains combined.

5. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you submit forms, create profiles, post jobs, bid, send messages, create contracts, submit deliverables, leave reviews, or contact us. We collect information automatically through server logs and similar technologies. We may also process information from public creator profiles, public social media pages, brand-provided creator lists, service providers, and marketplace activity generated through VidBids.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain processing of your Personal Data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to appeal a denied request where applicable.
To exercise rights, contact founders@vidbids.io. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Data Retention
We retain Personal Data for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain marketplace records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support legitimate business purposes. Marketplace records such as bids, contracts, messages, reviews, deliverables, and disputes may be retained longer because they support transaction history, trust, safety, accounting, and legal claims.
10. Security Measures
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data. These measures may include access controls, HTTPS, role-based admin access, one-time passcodes for admin login, logging, and service provider controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Data Transfers
VidBids may process and store data in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. If Personal Data is transferred across borders, we will use appropriate safeguards where required by law, such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
12. Eligibility and Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, may provide rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sharing or sales of Personal Data, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. The categories of Personal Data we collect are described in Section 4. The categories of recipients are described in Section 7. We collect Personal Data for the business and commercial purposes described in this Policy.
Additional U.S. State Privacy Notices
