Escrow Policy

VidBids is designed so brands fund awarded creator contracts before work begins and creators receive payout after approved deliverables.

Escrow States

Contracts may show states such as pending funding, funded, release pending, released, disputed, cancelled, or refunded. These states are recorded in the contract deal room and audit trail.

Release Conditions

Payment release should follow the contract terms, deliverable approvals, revision history, and any dispute outcome. Brands should not release payment until required deliverables are approved.

Stripe Marketplace

VidBids plans to use Stripe Marketplace/Connect for payment collection, platform fees, connected creator accounts, and payout workflows. Live processing will depend on completed Stripe onboarding and webhook validation.
